  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, including all tags, certificates, and protective materials to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
